Jastor was tasked by Sergio’s to rebrand their concept for new generations to come. Our approach was mixing Cuban Soul with Espiritu Miami to reinvent this iconic brand. In 1975, Sergio’s was born. Providing a home away from home for the exile Cuban community – a meeting place. Today, Sergio’s has grown from a small mom-and-pop shop to a full-scale family restaurant. Having lived, breathed, and reflected on their values and combining family’s authentic Cuban recipes with typical Latin and American dishes, Sergio’s has established itself as an institution for Cuban, comfort food in South Florida. Today, Sergio's keeps on pushing the envelope by infusing traditional and new flavors.
