Jastor was tasked by ACRE Development and Lennar Multifamily Condominiums to develop a brand concept for their newest Miami waterfront property in the MiMo District of the city. Our approach was to use the multiple historical resources of the neighborhood, it’s typographical and architectural legacy as a platform for developing this brand. We spend time in the area reimagining how would a modern building will fit inside mid century community without losing its soul. The result is Adela.
